Joint PhD Programme: HKU Faculty of Science – Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Guangdong Laboratory

The University of Hong Kong (HKU) Faculty of Science and Guangdong Laboratory of Chemistry and Fine Chemical Engineering have agreed to establish an educational placement program for PhDs in Chemistry and Chemistry-related interdisciplinary subjects.

The educational placement program for PhDs will last for 3 years starting from 2026. The designated training platform for the aforementioned students shall be the State Key Laboratory of Synthetic Chemistry at the Faculty of Science, The University of Hong Kong. Guangdong Laboratory of Chemistry and Fine Chemical Engineering shall utilize this platform to carry out the doctoral training activities.
